OBJECT OF SERVICE
Car rental with driver

AVAILABLE FLEET
Mercedes brand cars, and similar; all vehicles used are in compliance with current regulations in terms of Municipal Licenses for the rental service with driver and equipped with regular R.c.A. insurance. Moving Class undertakes to maintain the cars in a condition of
perfect efficiency and maintenance.

DRIVERS
All drivers employed in the services are in compliance with the current regulations on driving licenses for the transportation of persons, qualification type “KB”, and with regular registration in the role of drivers of non-scheduled public services at the Chamber of Commerce.

RESERVATIONS
All reservations are made by telephone, e-mail, management and will be considered valid upon confirmation. All availability granted in forms other than these are to be considered as availability information only and do not in any way constitute confirmation of services requested. All rates are inclusive of: fuel, driver meal, highway tolls in Italy. Not included in the rates, however, are: VAT (10%), highway tolls abroad, ferry and tunnel fees, parking, hotels.

CANCELLATION OF AGREED SERVICE
Cancellation of the agreed service must be made by the Client via telephone or e-mail. No charge will be made for cancellation if it is made within 6 hours before the rental service (unless a time frame of more than 6 hours is required to reach the guest’s pick-up point, in which case the full amount will be charged); with less notice or in case of no-show of the client the full amount will be charged. Cancellation of the service required for airport or station pick-ups will not be charged if it is made within 6 hours before the rental service; if cancellation is made while the pick-up service is being performed, the full amount will be charged.

LIABILITY.
The Moving Class Company of Daniele Campo is not responsible for any loss of the items transported. The person transported, upon completion of the
service, is required to check the vehicle for any lost items.
The Company Moving Class di Daniele Campo shall reimburse the Client for the physical damage generated in addition to the damage generated to the objects
transported when this damage is originated through the gross negligence of Moving Class di Daniele Campo. The Company Moving Class di Daniele Campo reserves the right to cancel reservations that for reasons of force majeure (fire, floods, earthquakes, adverse weather conditions, strikes and labor unrest, unavoidable impediments or any other cause that is not attributable to Moving Class di Daniele Campo, cannot be carried out in the agreed time or terms, undertaking to give timely notice.

SUBCONTRACTING
This is without prejudice to the right of Moving Class di Daniele Campo to make use of external collaborators for the performance of the Services. Moving Class di Daniele Campo declares and guarantees that its drivers and external collaborators are selected in such a way as to meet the high level of quality that must be provided to the Client and undertakes to ensure that they wear clothing appropriate to the activity performed and adopt appropriate, convenient and respectful of confidentiality behavior.

INSURANCE
Moving Class of Daniele Campo will be covered by insurance for its machines and drivers and in addition for Civil Liability and damages to third parties.
